2017 Homecoming: Innovative Past Illuminates a Bright Future

Nebraska Methodist College alumni are shining examples of healthcare professions who make a difference in communities throughout the country and the world. Each year, homecoming is a time to flash back with old friends, celebrate glowing successes and shed light on the plans for the future of this premier institution.

Homecoming festivities continue to grow in popularity. In 2016, more than 300 people attended the Reunion Dinner and Casino Night. This year, the NMC Alumni Association invites you to join us as we turn the spotlight on the legacy of care at NMC.

Alumni Campfire & Cookout
Date: Tuesday, Oct. 24
Time: 5-7 pm
Location: Vala’s Pumpkin Patch main pavilion, 12102 S. 180^th Street, Gretna, NE

This event is open to alumni, students, faculty, staff and their families. Paid admission to Vala’s is required. Hot dogs, s’mores and special treats will be provided by the NMC Alumni Association.

50-Year Honor Brunch
Date: Friday, Oct. 27
Time: 10:30 am-noon
Location: NMC Clark dining area, 720 N. 87^th Street, Omaha

The Class of 1967 is invited to come celebrate 50 years of alumni pride. Brunch will be provided, and the class also will be presented with their 50-year anniversary pins.

Reunion Dinner & Casino Night
Date: Friday, Oct. 27
Time: 6-9:30 pm (doors open at 5:30)
Location: DC Centre, 11830 Stonegate Dr., Omaha

Back by popular demand, we will again hold Casino Night after cocktails and dinner. Try your luck at poker, roulette and blackjack, or spend the extra time catch up with old friends. Honorary Alumni and Horizon Award winners also will be announced. 2017 graduates will receive a complimentary dinner ticket.
