Omaha, Nebraska - Applications are open for classes beginning in fall 2023 at Nebraska Methodist College (NMC).
NMC offers over 40 programs in nursing, allied health and healthcare management.
“We are excited to kick off our fall 2023 application. There is no better time to pursue a career in healthcare, and we look forward to working with all of our prospective students,” said Megan Kokenge, director of enrollment services. “We encourage interested candidates to reach out to us and set up a campus visit to learn more about the application process and potential healthcare careers.”
Associate degrees are offered in cardiovascular and multispecialty sonography, physical therapist assistant, radiologic technology, respiratory care and surgical technology.
Students can earn bachelor’s degrees in nursing, cardiovascular and diagnostic medical sonography, imaging sciences, respiratory therapy and healthcare management.
Master’s degrees are offered in nursing, occupational therapy and healthcare management.
Doctoral degrees in nursing practice, occupational therapy and education in leadership or public health policy are also available..
Priority deadlines, which give applicants a better chance of admission, depend on the program.

- Nov. 1, 2022 - Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Dec. 5, 2022 - Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate of Science and Bachelor of Science in Sonography, Bachelor of Science in Imaging Sciences, Associate of Science in Physical Therapist Assistant, Associate of Science in Radiologic Technology, Associate of Science in Respiratory Care, Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Therapy, Associate of Science in Surgical Technology
- Dec. 6, 2022 - Doctor of Nursing Practice
- Feb. 1, 2023 - Doctor of Education, Master of Science in Nursing, Master of Business Administration in Healthcare, LPN to BSN
- March 1, 2023 - Post-Professional Occupational Therapy Doctorate
NMC is an affiliate of the Methodist Health System (MHS). MHS offers the Tuition Assistance Program to eligible employees who attend NMC. Employees receive up to $3,500 a year in tuition assistance if they’ve worked for MHS for at least six months at a minimum of 16 hours per week prior to the beginning of the semester.
